SVP, Client Development
Steve Lunz is Fast Forward’s SVP, Client Development. In this role, Steve is responsible for growth and impact across all phases of our client relationship cycle. He is passionate about helping organizations create high-performance cultures where people feel valued, inspired, and motivated to live their lives to the fullest.
Previously, Steve was EVP of Client Development at The Energy Project, a consulting firm committed to helping organizations more skillfully manage their employee’s energy resulting in higher performance and sustainability. At the Energy Project, he led the organization to an increase revenue by 540% over a period of five years.
Prior to this role, Steve was Vice President of Sales at Huthwaite, a global sales strategy and behavior change consulting company. In this role, he served on the leadership team that increased Huthwaite’s revenue by 70% over a six-year period. Previously, he worked in San Francisco for the Ninth House Network, a venture capital backed broadband e-Learning pioneer, now owned by PDI.
Steve lives in New York, and tries (mostly in vain!) to be a “cool Dad” to his two children. He also enjoys deep conversations on feminism with his daughter Michaela, a college sophomore, and learning about all things Japan from his son, Jack. He enjoys fitness, yoga, cooking, traveling and is an avid record collector/music lover.
