Dana Asher is a certified executive coach, organizational consultant, group facilitator, and keynote speaker focused on improving quality of life at work.
Dana works with organizations including The Ford Foundation, McKinsey & Company, The New School, Oxeon Partners, The Priceline Group, and HavenLife. Past clients include Accenture, Alcoa, Google, KPMG, Nestlé, and Stop and Shop.
As Managing Director for the Winning from Within practice at Mobius Executive Leadership, and at The Energy Project, where she built and led the Organizational Transformation practice, Dana has helped some of the world’s top leaders and teams to perform sustainably and lead transformationally. At McKinsey & Company, as Practice Manager of the Capability for Performance practice, Dana delivered measurable impact at scale. A contributor to Fast Company, Dana has been featured in The Boston Globe, More, SELF, and multiple print volumes.
Dana trained in the Systems-Psychodynamic (Socio-Analytic) method at The Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research in New York City, and completed two years of Tavistock-method participant observation with infants and their families. Prior to that, Dana was awarded a PhD with distinction from Northwestern University, where she trained as a literary scholar.
Contributing to Dana’s quality of life at work in New York City is the regular experience of learning from clients and colleagues. At home in the lower Hudson Valley, she enjoys creative projects with her children, nourishing food, and discovering where her husband’s travel bug will take the family next.
