Client Engagement Manager, Fast Forward Group

The Fast Forward Group is seeking a full-time Client Engagement Manager. This is a client-facing role managing end-to-end aspects of a Fast Forward engagement.

3+ years working at a learning / training company in similar capacity or 5+ years related experience managing projects and client relationships. Ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic student of personal and professional growth and learning and someone who derives satisfaction helping people be their best selves. Company is remote, so must be comfortable in home office environment with potential 1-2 days/week in our WeWork space in New York City.


Must have excellent, proven skills in:

  • Project management of numerous multifaceted projects 

  • Interpersonal relationships/business acumen (particularly with senior-level clients) 

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PPT & similar technologies 

  • Experience in InDesign a plus

Responsibilities include

  • Secure letter of engagement/necessary approvals prior to engagement kickoff

  • Manage all client communication including: 

    • Note to participants setting context

    • Suggested open for client leader

    • Pre-work assignment to participants 

    • Post-session participant communications

  • Conduct immersion calls to gain insight into clients’ business - interviews and brief write-up

  • Coordinate with facilitator on all content customization

  • Coordinate engagement logistics with clients

  • Customize workbooks & collateral

  • Provide detailed content agenda and updates to slides to facilitators for each Fast Forward session

  • Attend sessions to immerse in experience and support facilitators

  • Manage survey responses and provide summary and written debrief to client

  • Ensure all graduates are receiving reinforcement communications

  • Capture all contacts and opportunities in CRM

  • Reconcile billing with Finance Team
