Facilitator, High Performance Coach
Arden Pennell is an experienced facilitator and coach whose goal is to support high performers to lead their lives from grounded, authentic, powerful ways of thinking and acting, rather than the reactive, overwhelmed and unconscious modes that can easily dominate ambitious schedules and careers.
She has worked with leaders and teams in Fortune 500 organizations including Google, Facebook, EY, Coca-Cola, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as high-growth startups. She is passionate about helping talented teams embed sustainable cultures – not just “sprint until we exit / until Q4 ends / until the integration is done etc.—and then collapse.” Her work also includes curriculum development, focused on interactive learning that leads to immediate and rewarding on-the-job application.
Previously, Arden created conferences on entrepreneurship and emerging innovation. She assessed startup pitches and highlighted numerous companies with successful exits.
For more than a decade, she has been committed to studying how the brain works through neuroscience and meditation, including intensive practice under leading teachers such as Sharon Salzberg. She also facilitates meditation courses.
A graduate of Stanford , Arden is a certified Integral Coach and served as faculty at New Ventures West. She lives in Redwood City, California, and enjoys hiking in the foothills and the redwood forest.
